Singh Is Bliing Third Weekend Report

Superstar Akshay Kumar’s recent action comedy film Singh Is Bliing with super hot Amy Jackson, is still having hold on screens. The movie has already completed its two weeks journey at box office with good business total from Indian screens. It has received positive reviews from most of the critics but few didn’t find it entertaining due to its non effective script. Audience liked the movie & showed thumbs up to it, as a result it has successfully entered in year’s top 10 highest grosser list.

Singh Is Bliing is the 4th film of Akshay in this year & has released with higher audience craze than last three. All his four films have been listed among 2015’s top 10 highest grosser Bollywood films but no one has entered in 100 crore club at domestic box office. The latest one has acquired the second position but it doesn’t seems to touch the mark. Because now, the film is getting very less occupancy in theaters. This would not be wrong, that Singh Is Bliing gets failed in maintaining its pace after the first week.

In the first week, it was reported the total business of 77.60 crores that includes 54.44 crores of weekend & 23.16 crores of weekdays. Then in its second week due to release of Jazbaa, Singh Is Bliing had to faced heavy competition at box office & collected not so impressive figure of 10.77 crores as total, that includes 7.10 crores of weekend & 3.67 crores of weekdays. Till the end of its 14th day, total two weeks collection of the film was recorded as 88.37 crores.

Now Singh Is Bliing is running in its third week & due to release of another comedy film Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, received very less occupancy in its third weekend. It has collected average business figures through out the weekend & grossed only 2 crores* as total, that includes 0.45 crore* of Friday, 0.75 crore* of Saturday & 0.80 crore* of Sunday. Till the end of 17 days, its total domestic collection is calculated as 90.37 crores*.
