Anushka’s Size Zero gets Decent Audience Response in AP/T

Prakash Kovelamudi’s directorial romantic comedy Telugu movie ‘Size Zero’ that has released this Friday, is getting decent response from audience across the states Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. The movie has released on 1500 screens worldwide with good buzz among audience as it features one of the most popular actresses in South Indian Cinema Anushka Shetty opposite to the actor Arya. The actress is playing a role of over weight girl, her performance is being appreciated by everyone. Size Zero has received mixed reviews from critics but audience find it entertaining, as a result it is performing decently at box office.

This rom-com is shot in Tamil & Telugu languages simultaneously and has released in Tamil with the title Inji Iduppazhagi. Its Tamil version is facing competition at box office due to previously released Tamil biggies like Ajith Kumar’s Vedalam & Kamal Haasan’s Thoongavanam. But the Telugu version is grossing decent business figures in its dominated regions of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Official trailer of Size Zero was received wonderful response from viewers and created huge buzz about the movie on social. That is the reason, audience were very excited for its release.

On its opening day, Size Zero was recorded the overall occupancy of near about 80% in both the states and minted the amount of approx. 10 crores from there. On the next day, as expected it witnessed a drop of around 45% and grossed 5.75 crores* as its second day collection. On Sunday being the public holiday it has showed slight growth in its business and collected the amount of 6.15 crores*. Till the end of its third day, total collection of Size Zero is recorded as 21.90 crores* at AP/T box office.
