Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety 25th Day Collection, Becomes the 2nd 100-Crore Grosser of 2018

The latest venture of Pyaar Ka Punchnama director Luv Ranjan, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has crossed the magical mark of 100-crore within 25 days of release. By giving everyone a big surprise, this reasonable-budgeted comedy offering has become the second film of the year to enter in this club after the biggie Padmaavat.

Kartik Aaryan, Sunny Singh, and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has received mixed reviews from the critics, but the audience embraced it with an open heart. As a result, it remained strong throughout at the box office and emerged the second blockbuster of 2018.

After passing 3 weeks on an excellent note, in the fourth weekend as well, Luv Films & T-Series Films’ production showed steady performance and did the business of 5.70 crores, that included 1.27 crore of Friday, 2.11 crores of Saturday and 2.32 crores of Sunday at the domestic box office.

Now once again Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has stepped-in on weekdays and despite being a normal working day, it got a considerable response. On 4th Monday, SKTKS faced a drop of approx. 40% than Friday and bagged the amount of 0.76 crore. With this, its 25 days total collection has become 100.10 crores including 93.64 crores of last 3 weeks.

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety did an excellent business of 45.94 crores in the opening week by remaining strong throughout. In the second & third weeks as well, it showed solid performance and added the amounts of 29.77 crores & 17.93 crores respectively.
