‘Srimanthudu’ 5th Day Collection: Crosses 100 Crores at Worldwide Box Office

The very popular Mahesh Babu starrer latest Telugu movie Srimanthudu is performing terrifically at box office in India as well as in overseas. It was released on around 2000 screens worldwide and getting overwhelmed everywhere from audience and fans. Opposite to Mahesh, Shruti Haasan is in the female lead and both are getting huge appreciation from audience for their superb performance. Srimanthudu has fulfilled all its earlier expectations and collecting excellent figures at box office. In just 5 days of release, it is almost ready to cross the mark of 100 crores from worldwide screens including distribution shares.

On its first day, it has minted total of 30.14 crores worldwide that includes 20.81 crores from Indian screens. Before its release, the movie was having huge hype among audience as it is featuring the all favorite Mahesh Babu and very pretty Shruti Haasan in lead roles. Direction of the movie is done by Koratala Siva, that is one of the reasons behind movie’s success. Dialogues has also played key role in it, that attracts audience.

On its second day, it faced drop as we noticed at the time of Baahubali too. On Saturday it collected the amount of 18 crores* from worldwide screens. On the next day, being Sunday it was resulted out in good for the movie and minted approx. 22.5 crores* including shares. At the end of weekend, total collection of it was around 70.64 crores*.

Now weekdays have started and as usual Srimanthudu has started facing drops in its business. On Monday its collected was recorded around 10 crores*. Today is its 5th day at box office and started the day with good occupancy. As per the estimated report, it Tuesday’s collection would be approx. 8.5 crores* which will bring it near to the mark of 100 crores.
