Super 30 2nd Day Collection, Anand Kumar’s Biopic Shows Solid Growth on Saturday!

After a fair opening on Friday, Hindi biographical drama Super 30 has shown a solid jump in business on Saturday due to positive word of mouth. Despite having the holdover titles Kabir Singh, Article 15 & Spider-Man: Far From Home in the opposite, it has diverted the major audience toward itself in metros.

Based on the life of Patna based mathematician Anand Kumar, Vikas Bahl’s directorial has expectedly got succeed to hit the target right among the audience. From critics as well, it has received mostly positive reviews for its inspirational story-line and excellent performance by the leading actors.

On the opening day, Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur starrer Super 30 took a decent start with around 20-25% occupancy in the morning. Post noon shows, it had picked up and registered the 8th highest opening of the year so far in Bollywood with 11.83 crores.

With such a fair start, the film has also emerged as the 4th best opener of Hrithik Roshan‘s career after Bang Bang, Krrish 3 & Agneepath. Then on Saturday, it has witnessed a healthy jump in footfalls across the country and raked the business of 18.19 crores.

After 2 days, the total collection of Reliance Entertainment, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Phantom Films & HRX Films’ production Super 30 has become 30.02 crores nett at the domestic box office from 2500+ screens. On Sunday, it is expected to show further growth despite the cricket world cup final match between England & New Zealand.
