Dhanush’s Thanga Magan Gets Decent Response in Advance Booking

The comedy drama movie of South Indian superstar Dhanush, Thanga Magan is all set to hit theaters tomorrow on 18th of December. The movie is directed by Velraj and jointly produced by G.N. Anbu Chezhiyan & Dhanush himself under the banner of Gopuram Films & Wunderbar Films. It features Samantha Parbhu and Amy Jackson as female leads opposite to Dhanush.

Thanga Magan is the another collaboration of Dhanush with director Velraj after the success of their 2014’s Velaiilla Pattadhari (VIP). Dhanush is one of the very popular actor in Tamil Cinema and has huge fan following among audience. His fans are showing immense craze towards his new release.

The advance booking of the movie was started very early and received decent response from audience in its dominated region Tamil Nadu. Bollywood biggie Bajirao Mastani is also releasing tomorrow in Tamil language and expected to divert a portion of audience in its side. But still Thanga Magan is looking strong at TN box office.

Thanga Magan is releasing on around 1000 screens worldwide, which is comprised of 400+ screens in Tamil Nadu. As per the early report made on the basis of its advance booking, it is expected to start on a decent note in the state and will witness good occupancy. The opening day collection of this flick is estimated to around 8 crores on TN screens only.
