The year 2015 was loaded with number of entertainers and many actors have shown best performance of their career. In this year total seven movies out of all, have grossed over 100 crores at domestic box office and the superstar Salman Khan has acquired the top two positions with his ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan‘ and ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo‘ with 320.34 crores & 208.88 crores respectively.

Third position is engaged by the last month released historical love story ‘Bajirao Mastani‘ with 170.90 crores* (till 3rd week), which is still entertaining audience in theaters. This movie has showed most daring performance of the year by dominating superstar Shahrukh Khan starrer ‘Dilwale’, that was released on the same day opposite to it.

Kangana Ranaut & R. Madhavan starrer romantic comedy movie ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ is at the fourth position with 150.10 crores and received huge appreciation from audience. SRK-Kajol starrer ‘Dilwale‘ which is still running on box office, is at fifth position with 146.68 crores* (till 3rd week).

The movie at the sixth position, is none other than the biggest blockbuster of Indian cinema. The multi-lingual ‘Baahubali‘ and grossed 113.95 crores with its Hindi version only.  The first 3D dance movie of India ‘ABCD 2’ is at the seventh position with 105.74 crores.

The another much appreciated comedy movie of the year ‘Welcome Back’ is at the 8th position with 96.68 crores. After this, the only competitor of Khans superstar Akshay Kumar has acquired all four positions with his ‘Baby‘ (95.56 crores), ‘Singh Is Bliing‘ (92.70 crores), ‘Gabbar Is Back’ (87.55 crores) & ‘Brothers‘ (82.47 crores).

Deepika Padukone & Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Piku’ received much appreciation from audience and is at the 13th position with 79.92 crores. The next 14th and 15th positions are acquired by ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ (76.88 crores) and ‘Drishyam’ (76.16 crores).

Among these top 15 movies- Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone are Shruti Haasan have two or more movies in their account.
