Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Tamil action-adventure movie Puli is all set to release this Thursday on 1st October. The movie is directed by Chimbu Deven and produced by Shibu Thameens & PT Selvakumar under the banner SKT Studios. Puli is releasing worldwide on around 3000 screens in Tamil, Telugu & Hindi languages. It is featuring Vijay in lead role along with ensemble cast that includes Sridevi, Sudeep, Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani, Prabhu & Nandita Swetha.

Puli is well star casted movie, expected to be an another blockbuster movie of South Indian Cinema after S.S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali. Puli is also a big budgeted movie, made with production cost of 118 crores and integrated with super quality VFX as Baahubali. Fans of Vijay & South Indian audience are very much excited for its release and showing immense craze for movie’s advance booking. Tickets are selling like hotcakes and most of the theaters have reported houseful for the entire weekend.

As per critics, Puli is capable of grossing massive business at box office and is being appreciated by everyone after watching its trailer. Trade analysts also have similar opinions about the movie and as per the prediction report, the first day collection of Puli in India would be around 25-30 crores*. The movie is expected to rake whopping amount of more than 200 crores* in its lifetime.
