‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is Flying High on Hype across India
After Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice and Captain America: Civil War, another Hollywood movie X-Men: Apocalypse is all set to take the charge. The ninth installment of X-Men series is being released this Friday on 20th May in India, a week before than its US release. As previous installments, this one also has huge hype among audience and witnessing impressive pre-release response. This is not the first time when English movie is getting far better response than Hindi movies across India.
X-Men Apocalypse is directed by Bryan Singer and backed by Lauren Shuler Donner, Simon Kinberg, Hutch Parker & Bryan himself under the production banners Marvel Entertainment, Bad Hat Harry Productions, The Donners’ Company, Hutch Parker Productions and Kinberg Genre. It features the ensemble cast that includes James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Oscar Isaac, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Alexandra Shipp, Tye Sheridan, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn & Lucas Till.
Advance booking of this latest superhero movie has already been opened across the country from Sunday and is reporting fair response of audience. This one is expected to record the opening occupancy almost near to that of Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. Further performance will depend on the reactions and reviews of audience. If content clicks, then it can dominate Captain America: Civil War also.
So far as per the prediction reports, X-Men: Apocalypse is expected to collect the opening business of near about 7.5 – 8 cr on Indian screens. With such great hype and promotions, it won’t be difficult for the movie to register good weekend total. But there is one more hurdle in its way, the much awaited Hindi movie Sarbjit, which is getting super positive reviews from critics after premiere.
