‘Vedhalam’, yes this is the title of Kollywood superstar Ajith Kumar’s upcoming Tamil movie. As per schedule on 24th September, makers have revealed the title along with its first look poster of movie which features the lead star Ajith in red kurta. It is the 56th Tamil movie of the actor and is being directed by Siruthai Siva and produced by AM Rathnam under the banner Shri Sai Raam Creations. Makers have also revealed that the movie is scheduled to be released on Diwali.

Earlier the title & first look of Thala 56 was supposed to be revealed on 17th September but it had been cancelled because makers did not want to clash its release with the first look of superstar Rajini’s Kabali. Ajith Kumar is one of the most popular actors in Tamil Cinema and his fans were waiting from a long time for the first look of his 56th movie. The craze of fans can be easily seen on social media. The hashtags #AllSetForThala56TitleBlast & #SparklingThala56FLOnItsWay were trending on twitter from last few hours and now #Vedhalam is trending on top.

Sources says ‘Vedhalam’ is based on brother-sister relationship, in which Lakshmi Menon is playing a role of Ajith’s sister. The very gorgeous actress Shruti Haasan is paired opposite to him and Kabir Duhan Singh will be seen in negative role. In the movie Ajith is playing a role of taxi driver and Shruti will be seen as lawyer. The youngest music composer of the industry Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the movie.
